Green Card Renewal (I-90)

We renew your green card remotely, wherever you live: we complete and prepare your Form I-90 using the information you give us, and an immigration attorney with her own firm handles anything legal. Service in Spanish and English, with the care of family.

Renew your green card without leaving home (I-90)

Is your green card expiring — or already expired? We handle the renewal or replacement (Form I-90) completely remotely: you send us your documents, we assemble your package and follow up — no matter which state you live in. It’s our most requested filing and the fastest one to get started.

What you need to renew

To assemble your I-90 package we normally ask for: a copy of your green card (both sides), a photo ID, and your current address for USCIS correspondence. If your card was lost or stolen, the police report helps too. We check that nothing is missing before anything is sent, so your filing isn’t delayed over one piece of paper.

Can’t afford the USCIS fee?

If the filing fee is the obstacle, there is a fee-waiver request (Form I-912). If your situation qualifies, we prepare that request along with your I-90 and send both in the same package. Who qualifies is USCIS’s decision — we complete the request using the information and supporting documents you give us.

Certified translations & passport photos

We translate and certify your records and documents, and take passport-style photos with the size and background the authorities require — all in one place. See also our Notary Public services: notarizations, apostilles, power of attorney and child travel letters.

How we work

We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice. Our office receives and organizes your documents, and we work hand in hand with an immigration attorney who prepares and files your forms. You get the best of both worlds: the personal service you know, and a case prepared with legal backing. Book a consultation to review your situation — no empty promises.

Important notice

We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice. At JD Tax & Accounting Corp we complete and prepare immigration forms using the information you give us. We do not choose which application is right for you, advise you about your case, or represent you before USCIS. If your case needs legal advice or representation, we refer you to our allied immigration attorney, who has her own firm and her own license.

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter, or accept fees for legal advice.
